placing sales ad in classified section

Well my answer concerning the where abouts of my classified ad was answered today.  My envelope was returned adressee unknown.  Checked mailing address and it was as website indicated.  ACOC, c/o Kevin Ewert, 317 Calero Ave. San Jose, CA. 95123. So! Where do we mail the ad too.   And how offen does the Classifieds get up dated
